Please read these terms and conditions before using the website.
Terms of purchase
These terms of purchase applies for all purchases made at awendela.eu that are purchased from within the European Union ("EU") or Norway.
You accept the terms by making a purchase through the store.
Swedish laws apply.
Agreements for purchases in the store are entered with Awendela E-handel AB, organization number 559264-6474 in Huddinge, Sweden. Our VAT number is SE559264647401 and products in the online store have 25% Swedish value added tax ("VAT") included in the price by default.
The VAT used will change based on your delivery address within the EU or Norway.
EU VAT other then Swedish VAT will be handled through the EU One Stop Shop- portal.
Norway VAT will be handled through The Norwegian Tax Administration.
Orders
In order to make a purchase, you need to have the right to enter into an agreement according to the applicable law. Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order.
Product information
All images in the online store that show the appearance of a product cannot be guaranteed to 100% reflect the exact appearance of the product, for example, because the monitor may affect the color reproduction.
GDPR
The General Data Protection Regulation is an EU regulation that regulates how we may process personal data.
We collect as little information as possible. Only the information required to complete the purchase.
We need to know which products you order and we need your e-mail address, address and phone number to be able to contact you with delivery notices, changed information, etc.
We save information for accounting technical reasons for at least 7 years.
We may have to report documents to the tax authority.
We use cookies. We do this in order to be able to store your goods in your shopping basket.
We also use Google's services "Google Analytics".
Personal data provided to external payment services in connection with the payment is never saved by the store.
Once you have created a customer account in the online store, you can download your data while logged in.
If you want to delete your personal data, send a message via the contact page.

Refunds
When refunds are issued, this is done through the same payment service that the order was paid for.
Shipping and deliveries
After an order has been sent, the recipient information cannot be changed afterwards.

Shipping cost
Only one shipping cost per order regardless of quantity (if in stock).
Delivery time
Disruptions may occur with the postal operator that the store cannot influence and in the event of a delay of more than 30 days, notify the online store through our contact form if you are missing an order after 30 days.
Postnord Tracked Package
The order is normally delivered to you within 7 working days (excluding holidays Monday to Friday) either directly in your mailbox or to your nearest post office depending on the local carrier.
Right of regret and returns
According to the Swedish Distance and Home Sales Act ("Distans- och hemförsäljningslagen"), you always have a 14-day right of regret as a consumer (this does not apply to companies or other non-person entities). The right of regret begins to apply from the moment you receive the item. Always contact us before returning an item for instructions. When using the right of regret, you are responsible for the return shipping cost and the item must be in unchanged condition upon return (you can check the item out and test it, but it can not be damaged).
Complaint
If an item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time and we will help you with how to proceed.
Primarily, digital images are used to demonstrate errors and faults in the product and return-free handling, but if the store cannot read out the error through an image, the store can require a manual inspection through a physical return. The store pays the return shipping if the error is found during the physical inspection, otherwise you are responsible for the return cost. Save defective items and do not use them if you are going to claim them. Items not returned when manual inspection is required will not be replaced by the store.
