Please read these terms and conditions before using the website.

Terms of purchase

These terms of purchase applies for all purchases made at awendela.eu that are purchased from within the European Union ("EU") or Norway.
You accept the terms by making a purchase through the store.
Swedish laws apply.

Agreements for purchases in the store are entered with Awendela E-handel AB, organization number 559264-6474 in Huddinge, Sweden. Our VAT number is SE559264647401 and products in the online store have 25% Swedish value added tax ("VAT") included in the price by default.

The VAT used will change based on your delivery address within the EU or Norway.

EU VAT other then Swedish VAT will be handled through the EU One Stop Shop- portal.
Norway VAT will be handled through The Norwegian Tax Administration.

Orders

In order to make a purchase, you need to have the right to enter into an agreement according to the applicable law. Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order.

Product information

All images in the online store that show the appearance of a product cannot be guaranteed to 100% reflect the exact appearance of the product, for example, because the monitor may affect the color reproduction.

GDPR

The General Data Protection Regulation is an EU regulation that regulates how we may process personal data.
We collect as little information as possible. Only the information required to complete the purchase.
We need to know which products you order and we need your e-mail address, address and phone number to be able to contact you with delivery notices, changed information, etc.

We save information for accounting technical reasons for at least 7 years.
We may have to report documents to the tax authority.
We use cookies. We do this in order to be able to store your goods in your shopping basket.
We also use Google's services "Google Analytics".

Personal data provided to external payment services in connection with the payment is never saved by the store.

Once you have created a customer account in the online store, you can download your data while logged in.
If you want to delete your personal data, send a message via the contact page.

Payment with Payson. Payment is easy and secure with Payson. You do not need to have an account with Payson before in order to pay. Complete the purchase directly with VISA, MasterCard and the Swedish banks Swedbank, SEB, Nordea, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Länsförsäkringar, Skandiabanken and Sparbanken Syd. You can also choose to pay later on invoice or to pay over 3-24 months. Payson maintains high security standards and 3D secure technology is used for all card payments. Payson Invoice

Payment with invoice
We offer payment against invoice in collaboration with Payson.
Payment terms are 14 days and there is an additional fee of SEK 0. In order to be able to order against an invoice, you must be 18 years of age and be registered in Sweden and be approved in the credit check that is carried out. Companies that pay against an invoice must be registered in Sweden and must pay the invoice within 30 days. The invoice will be sent separately by e-mail to the e-mail address you enter at the time of purchase. In the event of late payment, a payment reminder is sent, whereby a statutory reminder fee of currently SEK 60 is added. We also charge late payment interest at 2% per month from the due date of the invoice. In the event of non-payment, the case is handed over to debt collection, whereby a statutory debt collection fee of currently SEK 180 is added. Payson reserves the right to refuse delivery in individual cases and to reassess the customer's creditworthiness.

Information on pledging
In case of payment by invoice, the invoice will be pledged to Svea Bank AB, 556158-7634.

Refunds

When refunds are issued, this is done through the same payment service that the order was paid for.

Shipping and deliveries

Delivery times and costs are based on information such as address and recipient name being correctly entered at the time of order.
After an order has been sent, the recipient information cannot be changed afterwards.

Delivery options

We have two different delivery options

  • Postnord Untracked Mail (Default)
  • Postnord Tracked Package

Which delivery option will be used depends on the product you order and the choice of delivery option at checkout.
The online store can, if necessary and at no extra cost, upgrade an order from a Postnord Untracked Mail to a Postnord Tracked Package.

Shipping cost

The shipping cost for Postnord Untracked Mail is always included ("free shipping") with all purchases. The shipping cost for Postnord Tracked Package depends on the delivery option selected. The shipping fee is always shown in connection with your purchase at checkout before a purchase.

Delivery time

Disruptions may occur with the postal operator that the store cannot influence and in the event of a delay of more than 30 days, Postnord Untracked Mail are considered lost and can be refunded. Notify the online store through our contact form if you are missing an order after 30 days.

The order is normally delivered to you within 14 working days (excluding holidays Monday to Friday) either directly in your mailbox or to your nearest post office if the shipment cannot fit through the mailbox.

The order is normally delivered to you within 7 working days (excluding holidays Monday to Friday) either directly in your mailbox or to your nearest post office depending on the local carrier.

Right of regret and returns

According to the Distance and Home Sales Act ("Distans- och hemförsäljningslagen"), you always have a 14-day right of regret (this does not apply to companies). The right of regret begins to apply from the moment you receive the item. Always contact us before returning an item for instructions. When using the right of regret, you are responsible for the return shipping cost and the item must be in unchanged condition upon return.

Complaint

If an item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time and we will help you with how to proceed.
Primarily, digital images are used to demonstrate errors and faults in the product and return-free handling, but if the store cannot read out the error through an image, the store can require a manual inspection through a physical return. The store pays the return shipping if the error is found during the physical inspection, otherwise you are responsible for the return cost. Save defective items and do not use them if you are going to claim them. Items not returned when manual inspection is required will not be replaced by the store.
